The premier performance of our design council – a collaborative team of junior designers and the company’s own design professionals – Glam Rock’s compilation of posh patterns and hip hues sets the stage for a new generation of dynamic design.
Products in the Glam Rock Collection are manufactured with The Mohawk Group’s 100 percent ColorStrand solution-dyed nylon, a fully recyclable nylon. Modular styles are available with Mohawk’s new PVC-free Encycle™ backing system. A model of sustainable design, Encycle is the only carpet tile backing system designed with three thermoplastic layers and zero water-based components, enabling complete recyclability back into itself without separation. Glam Rock’s broadloom offering Electric Strings is backed with Mohawk’s Ultra Performance System™ RE (UPS RE). With high post-consumer recycled content, UPS RE is certified as a SCS (Scientific Certification System) Sustainable Choice Gold/ Environmentally Preferable Product (EPP), and meets California Gold
standards.
The Glam Rock Collection is covered by a lifetime warranty and is CRI Green Label Plus certified. Ensuring adherence to the highest environmental standards, the Collection is also produced in an ISO 14001-certifed, Glasgow, Va. manufacturing facility.
